About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be supporting founders and teams with administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and loves creating order out of chaos. This is a part-time to full-time position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and send reminders
  • Respond to emails and handle basic correspondence
  • Organize files, documents, and shared folders
  • Perform research and compile information into clear summaries
  • Help with light project management and follow-ups
  • Create reports, spreadsheets, or presentations as needed
  • Handle small personal or business errands (online orders, bookings, etc.)

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Trello, Zoom
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
